Refund Policy
Every matter is quoted before work begins, so refund questions usually come down to how far along the work is. This is illustrative demonstration content.
Cancellation and refunds by stage
Before a quote is approved
No charge has been made — nothing to refund.
After approval, before research begins
Full refund, less any bank or payment-gateway processing fee.
After research has begun
Refund of the unstarted portion of the work, assessed against progress at the time of cancellation.
After delivery, within the revision window
No cash refund; covered by the included revision rounds instead.
After the revision window has closed
Delivered work is considered final. Further changes can be quoted as new work.
Not eligible for refund
- Dissatisfaction with a legal or academic outcome that depends on facts outside our research (e.g. how a court or examiner ultimately rules).
- Requests made after a competition, filing, or submission deadline has already passed.
- Add-ons already completed, such as a finished citation audit or compendium indexing pass.
